About us

Quiet Dragon Books started in 2019 as a market stall with two crates of paperbacks and a very patient cat.

Today we are still small: two booksellers, a stockroom that is mostly shelves, and the same cat. We focus on fantasy in all its forms — sweeping epics, cosy village stories, dark tales and the fairy tales that started it all.

We read what we sell, and we are happy to recommend something if you tell us what you loved last.

Second-hand books

We buy used fantasy in good condition. Send us a list by email and we will reply with an offer within a few days.
